Fees for therapy are charged at medical aid rates, and can be claimed directly from major medical aids (such as Discovery) by the practitioner. Current (2011) medical aid rates are R540 for a 50 minute session. However, if sessions are not covered by medical aid, a lower rate can be negotiated, depending on availability.
The following payment options are available:
- Direct claim from medical aid by the practioner
- Payment by EFT internet banking transfer on a monthly basis
- Cash on a per-session basis
